Good pizza. But service is pretty bad

Second time ive eaten here. The pizza is horrible, barely edible. No sauce on it which is where good pizza gets its flavor from. Very greasy and the cheese is definitely not mozerella, its doesn't stretch, it breaks into greasy pieces. Disgusting, doesn't resemble real pizza in any way, shape or form.

Okay service. Seems like there's only one employee there. Food is okay but should be cheaper considering its basically fast food.

Worst service. I made an online order and said my pizza would arrive in and hour and a half. Then I called because I had not received anything they said that it would arrive in 20 minutes, keep in mind that I was only like 5 minutes away from the location. I did not get my pizza until 3 hours later. At that point I didnt even bother to go get it anymore since it was too late. But 3 hours for a pizza is way too much, not even the oakland location takes that long.
