I was very unhappy about the delivery process and cancelled my prepaid delivery.

You are not able to choose the 2 hour window, they choose it and alert you one day before. I am very busy and cannot accommodate that sort of process. If I had known that was the process, I would have planned to pick up the sofa myself from the beginning.

I gave this business more than 1 star because the team at the delivery warehouse was awesome and really helpful. They made the sofa fit into my mid sizd SUV.
