    My daughter is away from home, attending CSU East Bay. She needed transmission work and took her car to AAA.
    David, at AAA, road tested the car twice and did a computer diagnostic, only to find that there was nothing wrong with the transmission. He tightened up a couple things on the engine that were rattling and sent her on her way with no charges.
    I am delighted that she was able to take her car to a shop that will not take advantage of the automotive ignorance of a young woman.
